Don Menz ’79 writes, “Your CORNELL BIG RED LACROSSE team is the number 8 seed in the upcoming NCAA National Championship Tournament. We play at Schoellkopf against Ohio State (who?) on Saturday, May 10th at 5:00 PM. I am running a Tailgate Party starting at 3:00PM at the Kite Hill parking lot; look for the Cornell Club banner and a red tent. The Club will provide meat, condiments, and beverages (beer, water & soda) for $7.00 and if you bring a dish to pass, we will have quite the spread. Please let me hear from you by Friday afternoon. The national quarter finals are at Ithaca the following Sunday, so stay tuned for announcements of further tailgates.” Contact Don at dam238@cornell.edu or (585) 624-8325.
